Refunds and Exchanges
To return an unwanted product you must notify us by email at [email protected] within 14 days of your order arriving and the product must be returned to us within 28 days of your order being made. The products condition will be your responsibility until it arrives with us. The product will be inspected upon return and must be in its original condition and must not have any damages, be visibly worn or be in unsellable condition.
Faulty
If your order arrives and the products are faulty in any way then you must contact us via email at [email protected] and attach images showing the faults of the product. The product must be returned to us within 30 days of your order being made.
